News broke this week that British designer Stella McCartney is the new Creative Director of the British Olympic team appointed by Adidas. This means she will be designing the full Olympic kit. Wowzers. This seems like an obvious choice after the success of her recent collaborations with Adidas and being one of the most influential British designers around. But still, unexpected. Well done Stella!
Stella McCartney will continue to work with Adidas for this project and her other collections. I have been promised images of the collection as soon as it lands so hang tight.
